Ultrasound@Week 19

At 19 weeks...this is the first picture of 尹小小...see the little nose...and the legs and feet...

And chubby face on this one...it's like 尹小小 is being pushed against a mirror or something...see the little hands pushing...probably 尹小小 doesn't like the pressure from the ultrasound device...looks a little cranky...oops...hehehehee...

Swimming inside the belly!!!!

Finally at around week 20...I started to feel a little something swimming inside my belly...it's a funny sensation!!!

At first...I didn't know that was it...I thought it was my stomach's digestive movement or some gas inside...but soon it became more obvious and periodic...so I know it must be 尹小小!!! It feels like a little fish swimming inside...doing somersault!!

I tried to put my hands on top of the belly...and I can feel it from the outside too! I asked DrewBaBa to do the same...and he noticed the jump as well!!! It's so amazing!!!!!

One night...we tried to tap on each side of the belly...and we noticed 尹小小 would response to our taps and kick back on the same side...it only worked for that one night tho...probably 尹小小 needs more practice!!

Gar and Don told us we can try to shine a flash light on the belly and see if 尹小小 will response...we'll try that later for sure!!

And lately...尹小小 has learnt to complain with movement as well...whenever I wear a pair of pants with a tighter waist...or sit in the car or the office for too long...尹小小 would perform the somersault inside...it's like..."Mama...please get up and walk around...it's so crowded inside...kick kick kick!!!" OMG...what a little bossy boot!!!

Finally...we feel 尹小小 is really inside...growing and living...and we're thrilled!!!!

Yup...this will be WanSiuSiu's baby bag!!!!! Can't believe we got it at 40% off!!!!!!!! Thanks DrewBaba for driving us around all day to a point he get cramps in his legs, oops!!!! =p

CannisMama's Knitting Project

I used to hang out at this Richmond knitting craft store few days a week back in my college years, but I haven't been knitting for years. Now I have the perfect reason to pick up this fun craft again! So here we go, the very first 温暖牌 for 尹小小, 1/3 of the way done, not bad heh??!!! =)

Belly@Week 20

Lately, every mom that I met had the same comment, "Your belly looks a little small for 5 months wor!"

At first, I took them as kind & casual comments and it doesn't really bother me, but after hearing the same comments 10/20/30 times a week, I started to worry.

So I checked with our family doctor, she said my belly's size is okay because every woman is different. For my size, total weight gain should not exceed 15-20 lbs. by the end of the term, so far, I've gained only 2 lbs. which is perfectly fine. Whew ~~~

But regardless, people still say the same thing when they see me now, "Is baby growing okay? You are not even showing yet..." What???!!! I guess it depends on what I wear that particular day. OMG!!! From now on, I will know, not to comment on M-T-B's belly size, it just freaks them out big time!!!! >.<

Ultrasound@Week 7

This was from almost 3 months ago, confirmed there is only one baby inside (no twins this time ^^), and also 尹小小's due date will be March 3rd, 2009. All is well, 尹小小's heart beat is 140 bpm, very healthy! =)

We are scheduled for another ultrasound this coming Thursday, 尹小小 should be a lot bigger by now, can't wait!!!

Yup...bird's nest with milk...this is what I eat first thing I get up everyday...hopefully 尹小小 will be 又白又滑...and won't 浪費小蟲Babaの血汗$ la!!! =)

Ouch!!!

Blood tests and needles become an usual thing for mom-to-be's...thankfully...we have this clinic in Richmond with lots of experienced and nice nurses...it actually didn't hurt that badly so far...

But wait...I just noticed...the brand of the gloves is called "HEDY"???!!!!! =D
